Lindsay Innes

Lindsay joined the Board of CGL in 2001 and became Chairman in September 2003. He has been a grower in the Ord since the 1980s and was a founding Director of Ord Irrigation Co-operative (OIC) in 1996 and served on this Board until 2009. Lindsay was also a founding Director of the Ord Irrigation Asset Mutual Co-operative in 2005 and remains as Chairman of this Board. Lindsay has also served as a Director on the Perth Market Authority (2000-2002).

Robert Boshammer

Robert joined the Board of CGL in 2002 and became Deputy Chairman in 2004. Robert holds a Bachelor of Agriculture (Hons) and has been a grower in the Ord since the 1980s. Robert is a director of Rural Industries Research and Development Council since 2002 and Odeum Produce since 2000. Previously he was the Chairman of the Ord River Canegrowers Association.

David Menzel

David was appointed to the CGL Board in November 2010. David has been a Director of the Ord Irrigation Co-operative since 2004 and has been Vice Chairman since 2006. .David is the Chairman of the Community Reference Group which is the East Kimberley stakeholder body responsible for the provision of local community input into the expansion of the Ord River Irrigation Area and upgrade of the associated community infrastructure. In 2017, David was elected to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley council and became the appointed Shire President.

Judith Hughes

Judy was appointed as a Director in December 2009. A long term resident of Kununurra with a career that includes over 25 years in business management with the Department of Education, Judy’s expertise lies in her knowledge of East Kimberley history and regional economics. Judy is also a small business owner and marriage celebrant. Her compassion and personable approach to corporate governance is a valuable facet of our Board and organisational culture.

Gabi Bloecker

Gabi has been a Director at CGL since 2007. After completing a Doctor’s degree in Agriculture in Germany in 1983, Gabi immigrated to Kununurra in the Ord River Irrigation Area. Together with her husband, she developed Bothkamp Australia, a group of companies which is involved in farming and real estate. Gabi has over 30 years of successful experience in the areas of commercial and land acquisitions, development, logistics, marketing and distribution. She is on the board of several associated companies and previously served as Chair of the Ord River District Co-operative.
