CGL is proud to welcome Mathew Dear (the newest member of our team) as our Chief Operating Officer.
Currently working also as the CEO and Operations Manager for Ord Irrigation Cooperative (OIC), Mat is supporting CGL in a part-time working arrangement.
Mat has brought a wealth of knowledge and practical operational leadership experience to our team. His pragmatic approach to business strategies and systems is one of his key skills.
We look forward to working with Mat on several exciting business projects over the coming months.
