Tony was appointed as CGL's CEO in 2008. Prior to this, Tony was CEO of the Ord Irrigation Co-operative and previously was employed in management roles with the Water Corporation in various locations throughout the North West of Western Australia. In 2017, Tony was elected to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley council and was appointed Vice President. Tony is also the Director of Gelganyem Investments Pty Ltd and a member of the State’s Ord Expansion Projects’ Community Reference Group Task Force.

Mat was appointed as CGL's COO in 2019. Mats career pathway in the Ord started at Ord Irrigation Co-operative in 2005, and was General Manager/COO from 2010 - 2023. Working in a part-time capacity during the CGL/OIC transition Mat has since commenced on the delivery of key operational projects for CGL. Mat's expertise lay in IT, communications and systems technology, and more recently expanding his construction industry capabilities. He also possesses strong capabilities in developing pragmatic operational and compliance management systems. In 2017, Mat was elected to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley council.
Shaun Vokes

Shaun is a CPA-qualified Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with over 25 years’ experience supporting private and listed organisations through growth, transformation, and operational optimisation. He is a commercially focused finance leader with a strong track record partnering with CEOs and Boards to improve financial performance, strengthen governance, and position businesses for sustainable expansion.
Shaun brings broad expertise across financial management, cash flow optimisation, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and corporate governance. He has successfully led funding initiatives, managed banking and investor relationships, implemented financial systems and controls, and provided strategic financial insight to support investment decisions, acquisitions, and business development opportunities.
Known for his hands-on and pragmatic approach, Shaun works closely with operational leaders to improve cost discipline, enhance reporting transparency, and align financial strategy with business objectives. He has built and led high-performing finance teams, strengthened internal processes, and supported executive decision-making through clear, timely financial analysis.
Shaun is valued as a trusted adviser to CEOs and Boards, bringing strong commercial judgement, governance expertise, and the ability to help private companies scale efficiently while maintaining financial discipline and robust corporate oversight.
